In this modern world recycling in the best thing to reduce waste and creating a positive impact on the environment. Harmful chemicals and greenhouse gases are being released into the environment which causes air pollution and spreading infectious diseases. Statistics indicate that on a daily basis, about 12,000 tons of solid waste is generated in Karachi alone, of which forty percent can be found on the city streets. Not only in Karachi overall in Pakistan people are giving no importance to this key process that not only saves our environment but also helps the Community in a lot of ways.
Let's understand first why recycling is necessary and then we will see that is the importance of recycling for the Environment, people, and for the whole community.
The amount of waste is increasing day by day due to the increasing population and wealth as people buying more products and hence creating more waste, and due to the modern lifestyle in which more attractive packaging is used such as eating fast food which includes additional waste which is not biodegradable.
So Recycling can play and also playing a very important role in developing countries by reducing waste material which reduces pollution by eliminating harmful gases causes by waste material and a huge amount of energy can be saved as recycle take very little energy and cost. Also, recycling plays a very important part in saving natural resources for the next generation. At a large level recycling units can help to generate low-cost electricity and household gas.
#justStart: My Starting idea and final thoughts:
My whole idea end result is to help the community especially people living in the slum area of my district in which they have no job, no food, and no education facilities. These are those people who really need our attention. So in the starting stage with of help pf very small group of people creating a platform which at initial state help whose people especially widow women to earn least one proper meal for their children by training them to create decorative pieces from recycling waste such as plastic bottles and our platform will also help to sell these decorative pieces into the target market.

Above mention three steps in the recycling process which actually a key factor for providing a job especially for those peoples living in slum areas. In order to collect waste plastic, we will pay a handsome amount to money to those poor people who were helping us to collect waste material, and then waste material pass through the cleaning process and then with the help trainer people who want to give at minimum one or two hours for helping the community, we will train women, men to build decorative pieces from this plastic material and then sell these decorative pieces into the market.
The Revenue:
As our work totally for the betterment of the community, we are running a non-profit organization that aims to help needy people of our society. So the revenue we generate is spent on the noble cause which includes:
- Providing Education to children and People of any age. This includes a nontraditional way in which we will teach a skill as well as ways to spend a good life.
- Empower the poor people as providing job and skill And also at the initial stage provide them a one-time proper meal.
And I hope with every passing day we will able to do some really good and find out the better ways to help community as much as we can.
